Returns and Exchanges

Oh no! Your Josefinas don't fit or aren't making you happy? Don't worry, you can always return or exchange them, it's easy and free.

In order to exchange or return your Josefinas just email us at hello@josefinas.com so that we can follow up on your request and exchange your Josefinas! Along with your order follows a DHL return ticket, and all you need to do is place it on the outside of the paper box and take your Josefinas to any DHL office near you. If you want, you can also do this by using the form in your Customer Area.

Josefinas must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and no signs of use, within 15 days of receiving the order. Et voilà - everything is set for your Josefinas to be picked up at the chosen address.

Josefinas does not assume liability for loss or damage that occurred during the shipment of the returned Josefinas if you decide to do it autonomously.

Upon the reception of the Josefinas and the evaluation of its condition, the value will be fully credited using the same payment method.
